Curb RecordsJo Dee Messina has done her share of spunky songs, and this one is one of the best. It's a perfect song for when you're not feeling happy with your significant other, and feel like saying "Bye Bye."
Capitol NashvilleThis is another one that just makes you wanna get in the car and turn it up, and put your "hand out the window in the wind."
Curb RecordsThis is probably my very favorite Tim McGraw song ever. I love the name dropping of cities. It's just got a really great "outdoor" feeling to it, and it's one I turn up every time I hear it on the radio.

MCA NashvilleThis is one of Lee Ann Womack's very best songs. It's from her CMA Award-winning album There's More Where That Came From. Another slower song, but still a great song to listen to while driving.
Arista NashvilleThis is another song that is rooted in a concert experience. I can't hear this song without thinking about Ronnie Dunn's "Neon Moon" glow in the dark guitar. This has to be one of my all-time favorite Brooks & Dunn songs.
MCA NashvilleGary Allan can do happy and sad, but he excels at sexy, which is definitely what this song is. Hot! Hot! Hot! Love it!
Lyric Street MusicI may not be able to sing the words of this song as quickly as Josh Gracin does, but it's great fun to try to keep up with him.

This neat coffee table-sized book is put out by the Country Music Hall of Fame. Not only is it informative, but it's fun too, as you can pop up the pages into 3D views of various things, like Sara Carters autoharp (press the button and listen to it), Cain's Ballroom, where Bob Wills once played, the Ryman Auditorium, and Tootsie's Orchid Lounge. Great for fans of all ages, but be careful around smaller children, who may remove or misplace some of the small parts that are removable from the book. I have this book and I couldn't put it down. You feel as though the Man in Black is speaking right to you in these chapters about his life. He discusses his early years, his drug and alcohol abuse, his relationship with other stars, like Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Carl Perkins, and touring the country. 
If you want a day by day calendar, this one is perfect for the country fan, with country music facts and trivia for each day of the year. This is the companion piece to the Nashville Rebel box set. You may wonder why I'm spotlighting the DVD rather than the CD Box Set? While collections of artist's music are great to have, I think that having a collection of video of the artist is even more rare. These are from appearances Waylon made on shows, such as the Johnny Cash Show, Cowboy Jack Clement's TV Show, a 1978 Opryland concert, and some TV commercials.
